BTW, should I call the school and let them know I'm coming?

Definitely, Stephon...

Also, I'm planning on taking a road trip to Nashville one week from now (Sun/Mon/Tues) cause I have those days off work and I'm anxious to check Vandy out.  I'll let you all know how it goes...

I'll be there for one of 'em... most likely on March 24.

... via US Mail BEFORE the online status checker said "Decision"?  I've seen a couple of posts on this board that have noted that their status checker is all screwed up.  I hope so-- it would make going to the post office a bit more exciting...

And on that note, am I the only person on this board that has to drive to the post office to get my mail?  The mail man doesn't deliver to my house....

Priority waitlist for me too...

I'm sure you'll like it down there.  I've never been, but everyone says that Chapel Hill is a great college town...

And by the by, you're numbers (esp. GPA) are superb.  I'm sure that Vandy's gonna be kicking you some dough soon enough, which will then change your law school perspective once again...

Don't worry, Devante, your comments don't come off as pretentious...

I think, as GoodGal said above, that the quality of your classmates should be a big factor in your decision.  Of course, that could mean that you decide that you want to be studying law with other intelligent people, or perhaps you want to go try the whole big-fish-little-pond routine....

I got a pic up!  I feel so much more official.

Yo yo yo!

Lay it down, Stephon... name some names!

I would not recommend getting a dog for law school, much less a puppy.  I have two (large) dogs, and they have definitely become a factor in my law school choice, which is a bit unfortunate... but I love them!  What can a man do?
