$350+ utilities for a two story house in Orange, CA.  The house has 7 guys in it, but its a pretty big place.  I won't be studying at home which won't be a problem since I never get anything productive done at home.  It will be the library for me.  I'm sharing the master bedroom.  We have our own bathroom and he's very clean so it shouldn't be too bad.  Month to month so I can bail if it sucks.

I checked a while back and I couldn't set it up with yahoo or hotmail.  It was either because they made you pay or they just didn't allow it.  I don't remember which.  :-\

I'm curious what the difference is between a guy that can pull it off and one that can't.  Personally I don't like the color.  I'd rather wear something like bright red.

I got a decent rate from Access Group.  Its the 3-month LIBOR + 2.55%.  That's with good credit though.  It comes to about 7.35% right now but will change with the index.

Preferred lenders are usually just provided to give students some lenders that have worked well with their students in the past.  The college I work for does not process paperwork quicker based on the lender a student chooses. I think legally they can't do this but I can't remember for sure.

I think its somewhat normal.  I've been going through the same thing lately.  One week I'll be really excited about starting law school and the next week I'll be not too sure about it.  The nice thing about it is that you can do more than just be a lawyer with a law degree.  My cousin graduated from Berkeley and litigated for a few years.  He absolutely hated it and is now working in real estate.  He uses his knowledge of the law but he is not "acting" as a lawyer.  I think in the long run the law is something we all are at least a little bit interested otherwise we wouldn't have put all the effort into applying to schools.  I think for me it's just the pre school jitters and once I getted started everything will be great.  I'm sure its probably the same for you.  :)

Always thought I'd want to be a prosecutor but I could see myself doing some defense work.  Mostly just want the experience.

Last year I was outright rejected by FSU you as well.  In March I received a letter from them stating that they were very interested in me but just had too many people apply.  They asked me to send my first year grades to them if I had started at a different school and done well and was interested in transferring.  So that may be an option for you in a year if you still want to go to FSU then.

Well I was accepted to both schools as well and I chose Chapman over Syracuse.  Yes, it is ranked lower but when all things are considered I think it is just as good of a school as Syracuse.  Chapman will definitely prepare you better for the California bar.  Finding a job may be a little more difficult at Chapman since the school is so new.  The visit really sealed it for me.  I am from So Cal originally as well.  If you want to end up in California, go to Chapman.  Syracuse is nowhere close to being a good enough school for you to go all the way out there just to end up moving back to California for a job after graduation.  It just doesn't make much sense.  Good luck with your decision!

I always wear it.  Had a cousin fly out of the back window of a van after it hit some black ice because he wasn't wearing his seatbelt.  He died on impact.  Just wear it.

I own one but never use it.  Complete waste of money for me.  Some people live off them though.  So it could help you but I plan on just using my laptop as was already mentioned.
