EDIT: I decided to add prestige for T21-T30 schools. You've earned it!

time for hateorade.

well yes, bc though most of us feel that academic and personal success is relative and that ones own definition of excellence can ultimately only be answered by oneself, its nice to know that bonkers approves of their existence. EVEN 21-30!!! has earned the right to be called pretigous...i mean...they EARNED IT!!!, everyone else must die. we might as well put them on trains, send them to camps and say bye bye.

is this just me or does this poll just seem a bit self congratulatory for essentially being one yard too short of the touchdown? hasnt anyone who's ever wanted to be a lawyer and got into law school deserved a pat on the back? doesnt this poll triviaize everyone else's hard work?

very imformative. thank you very much. i have now decided this is my plan of action, i will accept an offer form loyola only if they give me ft, and i will take davis in a heartbeat. since it looks like ill need to move mountains to get off any waitlist, im going to focus all my energy to davis and hope somethign happens.

If you still want to go to a law school with better job prospect than Touro, I would suggest that you might want to retake the LSAT and apply again next cycle.  You have all summer to study for the Sept 30th exam.  If you're not disciplined enough to study on your own, then you could take a prep course.  And to answer your question "if it's worth it to get a law degree from Touro" that is a question only you can answer.

titcr. i think this is one of the most reasoned answers i have read here that didnt involve calling ppl idiots and demeaning their existence/school.

I received a call this morning from Loyola LA's admissions office.  The dean of admissions said that I have been offered a position to the full time division.  I was absolutely ecstatic!  I'm dropping Pepperdine and San Diego's part time program in a second for my seat at Loyola, so for those of you interested, you can have my seat.  Seems to me like its a little early to hear from waitlisted schools as I've heard from Loyola's admissions committee that it could take up to late the week before classes commence.

Anyone else hear back from Loyola regarding the waitlist?

i desperately want off the loyola waitlist. can you tell us what you did to ge tthis favorable result? what letters did you write, who did you contact? did you even follow up? please explain

To make things up you have one of two options, summer school at USD for 6 credits, or study abroad for 9.  After that, and with a full time load, you will graduate in three years.

is this 6 unite of electives or of the core classes that you missed?

Electives

well its a trade off i guess. at least you still graduate in 2 years
