I dropped off the waitlist for LLS too - but still read this thread, so you're not alone  ;)  If it makes anyone feel any better - UCLA is "over-enrolled" according to their admissions office - and that's a bit worse than just "full" at LLS...  so have hope!  8)

over enrolled....you would think by now they had the formula down in figuring how many will not accept the offer and what not

I freed up a LLS space for Part-Time, good luck everyone!!

From what the Admissions Office told me last weekend, Part-Time is full at 70 (except for my recently vacated spot so congrats to whoever gets it) but there is "room for movement" on the Full-Time waitlist

so does that mean your going to usd?

Hey runner89,
No, not really, because the vibe that I was getting from USD made it seem like they were getting annoyed that I was calling even once. Good luck to you.

YES YES YES!!!

The administartion is incompetent and rude. Ive been accepted into the school and everytime i call the school they act as though I am wasting their time. I have called to ask when registration was, and questions concerning paying for tuition. I have been scoffed at, deep breaths and sighs accompany every abswer and I just know they are rolling their eues. bastards, all of them.

so what school are you leaning towards 1wish?

i would say usd, merely bc i am going to usd. and as a native viet san diegan who went to sdsu (and probably the only asian who didnt go to ucsd in history), i will tell you that i will most likly be the only east asian person on campus seeing as how we are a magnent school for latinos. so join me and lets bring on the yellow tide.

thanks goes out to all the ppl who make it possible for this thread to stay alive. without your comments, our world would be one of thoughtful discourse and understanding....if you had any familiarity with those concepts, this board would not be what it is: a fountain of hate-o-rade.

this weeks quote:

I was kind of in the same situation as you a few months back (Yale vs. NYU$$$). If I had to choose between those schools, I would have to say TAKE THE LSAT AGAIN!!. Please take my advice to heart. With some real dedication you can get that LSAT score you really want. Remember, "Rome wasn't built in a day", so set those goals a little higher and aim for Ivy!

Ron Shivenstein you are a bastard. the op started a thread about her dilema, attending hofstra ft to uop pt. now i would assume most ppl would bring up the pros and cons of each school, what decision her personal situation would merit and so on and so forth. some would even bring up similar situations to perhaps provide guidence.

But our friend Ron Shivenstein takes it to the next level. i want to believe he truly thinks he can help, but as we all know, jerks just love to talk about how prestigious they are. i am beside myself in rage that this guy. he just seeps with elitism and self importance. he knows nothing about the op's personally history, yet implores the op to LSAT again, he even says it from the heart... as though she MUST listen to his advice or face the dreadful future. getting into an ivy is a great accomplisahment, but for us mere mortals we must deal with the situation given to us as we see fit, and his elistism brings nothing to the board. this guy is trash and belongs in the trash. worst off...you messed with a great friend of mine, which mean you can never be forgiven.

Ron Shivenstein you are a bastard. you're answer is trash and belongs in the trash. i dont see how you can relate to bollywood esq position at all on any level. you have been marked. search around you have been nominated for the most pretigious award on the board, and this is something im sure a person like you would appreaciate.
