I'm in the same boat.  Unless something comes along that's better I'll be at UGA next year. 

I don't think you have to worry about racking up 100K in debt though.  You'll qualify for in-state tuition after a year of living in Athens and will only be paying out of state tuition for one year.

I have e-mailed UGA twice and they have yet to get back to me.  I e-mailed them last week and again at the start of this week.  I know they're busy, but I'm just so impatient.

Well, GW is really weird... and they definitely hate splitters.  Of course, with the number of applications they get I'm sure that they don't have to accept splitters if they don't want to...

I'm really liking the way that UGA is looking.  I'd like to go abroad, and it's a good school, especially for the price.

They're office was closed from December 23 until January 2 so I doubt that they have done a whole lot with the process. 

I e-mailed the financial aid office to update my file with my fall grades and they said that the admissions office did all of the scholarship awards. 

I hope they start sending stuff soon, though.
