Your senior year grades matter a lot. But a thesis shows dedication to your field of study (in addition to allowing you to get honors, depending on your school), and that LOR will be really, really handy if you know that professor well--it can mean the difference between a reject and a waitlist, a waitlist and an acceptance.
Consider taking the LSAT after you graduate, and finding a job/internships during your time after graduation. That can be a viable option if it means you'll get your thesis, LOR and are able to focus on raising your grades some.
