You still have time to pull up your grade in LRW. How did you feel about the finals you took?

You said the 70 grade accounted for 20%? Did you get your final grade back yet?

The ones that I saw leave or get kicked out did it for several semesters, but I also saw others that realized early enough that they had screwed up and pulled their grades up.

I will admit, I've seen a lot of people do what you did and I have never understood it, but I'm not going to bash you for it either. You made a mistake and you realize that now. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and do better next semester. You have learned your lesson. Make next semester count, bust your ass and you should be able to minimize the damage.

Understanding Criminal Procedure by Dressler (Lexis publishers)

I also liked Emmanuel Criminal Procedure

I normally use the Understanding series and love them most of the time. I bought it for Business Orgs/Corporations but I didn't really like it for that class (I think it was more a problem with an extremely unconventional prof and a bad case book rather than a problem with the Understanding book).

I didn't see the Understanding series for Wills but that could have just been because my bookstore did not carry it. I bought Emmanuel instead and I did really like it (it also saved me big time by covering an issue we really didn't cover in class but one that showed up in an essay on the exam and happened to be something really wierd).

I haven't taken the other courses. Overall, I've been pretty satisfied with the Understanding series and Emmanuel for all of my courses.

Wow. That's all I can manage at this point.

Wow. I moved over here when I started law school and I've always found everyone to be nice. What happened to you?
