I did the facebook thing too...at work today...so I don't have a picture up or anything on there yet. I too felt like a total dork, but I got over it when I saw there were already 13 people on there 
Every time I do something little like that I get ridiculously excited for BC.
FYI for all you people that live in Boston, there is a new sushi restaurant that opened on Dartmouth street called Douzo or something...I tried it last night and the meals are not worth the hype. I didn't try the sushi, but my friend said it was pretty good. Not better than Fugakyu in my opinion.
Also, for people new to boston, let me know if you have any general questions. I can probably answer them. Directions, however, I cannot do--mainly because I walk or T it everywhere, and I don't have a great sense of direction to begin with.
