Where should I go next fall? / Re: Tier 3 and 4 Aceptances and Rejections

Hey Arhdog!

Congrats on the Albany reception... I'm a little hurt that I wasn't invited :(. I like that school a lot... their health law program is especially appealing to me. I haven't been up there to visit yet, but I plan on going soon. Will you be attending in the fall?

Congrats! I'm jealous! Cardozo is my number 1, but I think it is a reach for me.

Yes, thats my boy Sidney!

Shelties are great... they are so smart, it amazes me sometimes.

Appalachian seemed to process my app. very quickly. I actually received my acceptance a while ago, but I just found this great board to post it on. I would stay in touch with them, they are very friendly there and easy to deal with. I'm very excited about the scholarship, but I've heard that the school is located in a very very rural area. I don't know if I could handle that. Perhaps, I'll go visit and see for myself what it is like.
Good Luck!

Where should I go next fall? / Vermont vs. Higher ranked schools
« on: December 12, 2005, 03:01:56 PM »
I've never posted here before, but I have been following since September when I started my apps. I guess you could say I'm a silent observer. Anyway, I'm struggling with deciding where to go to school. I plan on going into Environmental law so naturally I applied to the number one school for enviro law... Vermont Law. they are a t3 school, but when it comes to enviro law they are ranked number 1 (okay number 2 this year). So my question is... if I get into a school that is higher ranked then Vermont... like say Cardozo or Seton Hall... would it be better to go there then a school that has a superior program for I what I plan to concentrate in. Your input is appreciated. Thanks!
