If you are unsure just drop them an email or a phone call and ask the status of your application. In fact I did such a thing yesterday for Cardozo. They are very helpful.

After patiently waiting to hear from Albany about possible scholarship money, I decided to drop them an email. I was told that scholarship decisions will be sent on Friday January 6. Just thought those of you who have been accepted may appreciate the update.

I don't know about Cornell inparticular, but I had an issue with NYLS. I noticed that after a month they still had not asked for my LSAC report. I decided to give admissions a call and ask about the situation. They told me that they were having trouble getting my report and that they were going to give LSAC a call and work out the problem. I would have never known unless I called them. They never told me that there was a problem. So my advice would be to call them, it can't hurt. Good Luck

I have a problem...
My girlfriend got me a 5 day vacation in the Dominican Republic for Christmas. I'm leaving next week and all I can think about is how am I going to survive 5 days without checking my mail! I'm crossing my fingers that the resort will have some kind of internet access so at least I can stay connected to LSN and LSD. I'm sick; I know.
I'm so glad I found this board... it's comforting to know that others share my feelings and that I am not alone. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy and dosen't understand what I'm going though at all... I guess it would be rude to ask her if the resort has internet access
Does anyone know if every accepted applicant gets a phone call from the Dean? I've been complete for over 2 months now and I'm figuring they are just prolonging my suffering or maybe they have a lot of people to call.
Or perhaps I'm just driving myself crazy and overthinking everything...
Where should I go next fall? / Re: School in state wish to practice vs. school with better program of law interest« on: December 29, 2005, 03:42:18 PM »
I feel your pain! I'm interested in Enviro Law and although I was accepted into Vermont Law (#2 for E. Law) I want to practice in NJ/NY area. When I look at the courses that Vermont offers I get really excited... but everyone says stay where you want to practice so I applied to Pace. Pace has a great enviro law program, is in my area, but isn't ranked high.Seton Hall is another option if I get in, good area for me, but no E. Law. Decisions, Decisions, Decisons....

I agree. I went to a HUGE state school, yet some of my classes had only 6 students! Oh course classes like bio 101 were packed, but those accounted for a small number of the classes I took. My education was very well rounded and recieved very personal attention. I loved my experience there and wouldn't change a thing... an amazing education for an affordable price... can't beat that!
