it will be no problem - just check your digital image of your scantron on lsac's website, if their is a problem, call them and I'm sure they will fix the error. if there is any error at all (which is unlikely), i doubt it will affect your score, just the ability of the machine to read the sheet.

The basic silent timer is allowed - they are referring to the deluxe silent timer with question counters and calculations, which should not be allowed as it performs more than mere timing ability
It shouldn't have taken a letter from LSAC for the powerscore group to figure that out. p.s. - the deluxe timer has a light on it, which has always been prohibited. 6

practice practice and more practice. as everyone repeats on here, games make up the most learnable section. if you are doing poorly on that section, everyday do at a minimum 5 games (or whatever number will allow you to see every game from every test by the time you write). maybe try 1-2 untimed to warm up then the rest timed. mark them, then without looking at the explanations try to see where you went wrong. do not give up and look at the explanations - this will help you greatly on test day - you will become less likely to panic if you hit a speedbump. sit there as long as you have to in order to figure out every question you got wrong (or guessed right).

I am curious as to how applicable the material learned in the Bar Bri Nile 1st year prep course would be to Canadian students. I realize that the test taking strategies will be useful but wonder how useful a lot of the rest of the course would be given its focus on US law. Is there much overlap? Is the course mainly theoretical?
