Interesting -- I had the cereal game and the car game when I took the December sabbath test.

I honestly don't remember the question or how I answered it. I really don't think it factors into their decision - they know full well that only a minority of the PT students will be working at all. I'd just be honest.

I'm not clear about your question - you said you are planning on going to school in Florida because of the tuition, but now you are considering out of state schools? What are your stats?
I am not presently working, although once I get a handle on the workload I will likely consider finding something very part-time (~10/wk), either paid or an internship. Not very many people in the PT seem to be working, actually - definitely less than 1/3.
I have lived in NY for a few years having moved here for grad school, so I'm not really sure about how the housing works. I know a few PT students who are living in the dorm, though, so it's possible. From what they have said about it, if you've been out of school for a few years it might sort of be a much more restrictive environment than you are used to/comfortable with.
I am a 1L (well, classes start tonight) in the Fordham PT program. I also had a 3.39 GPA and my LSAT was a 161. I think you have an excellent chance, particularly because of your second LSAT and your WE.
We have one less class per semester, so you need to take a summer class following 1L and then another extra class sometime after that. Nearly everyone transfers to the full time program after 1L (during an orientation session of about 40 students, the professor asked how many people were planning on staying in the evening program, only 3 people raised their hands). As of now all it takes to transfer it to fill out a form, but a few people have told me that the registrar is considering imposing requirements to transfer, or making it competitive, as of next year.
Just in case you are curious - I am in class on Mondays from 6-8:15, on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:20, on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:45 and Thursdays from 6-9:45.
Good luck, let me know if you have any more questions - I'll try to answer them.
