1. I passed the MPRE
2. I got a callback

I am fiddling with my schedule (attending six classes), doing callbacks, starting a journal, moving into my new apartment, getting transfer issues sorted out, and dealing with a (temporary) two-hour (each way!) commute.  I am not an easy person to run into nowadays.

Lightweight.  With all your copious spare time I figured I would've gotten a response to my email by now.  (And now I've just missed you.  Well, poop. :P )

FWIW I don't think you're a whiner, I think you're insane. LS is a lot of money and you started without bothering to check the rules on enrolment or how it would affect your future applications.

I agree that it's really, really late in the game to be making these decisions.  To raise the question at this point suggests to me that withdrawing, waiting another year, and doing some homework in the interim might not be such a bad idea, since the OP appears not to fully grasp what he/she's gotten into.

Withdrawing at this point may be expensive, however.  I can't cite them chapter and verse, but there are rules regarding repayment of scholarships for students who withdraw without completing the semester, and the date beyond which one can no longer withdraw without a tuition penalty is either fast approaching or has already passed.

None of the above.

lol, I can't imagine you at Cravath

I can't really imagine me at any of these places, but I'll drink their booze and attempt to have an open mind.

Though I am sorta curious about Irell.  They sound like a bunch of total geeks.  Too bad they're in LA/OC.

<---- depriving self of sleep so as to be absolutely dead when school begins

Very shrewd strategy

And decadent.

lol, I particularly enjoyed the comments

Absolutely.  I want to find that article mentioned in which the author claims to have developed a MTBI-like taxonomy for LR submissions.

<------ insufficiently prestigious for Cravath OCI

<------ drowning sorrows, as I promised archival I would

 :D :D :D

why the sad face tonyp?

Blushing at getting outed by the librarian.

But sadness is apropos, too, at the loss of our compatriot.
