thanks a lot for your help, my ps is on my computer at home, i'll definitely send it to you shortly, any advice and criticism i can get on it is helpful.
congrats on not getting rejected by georgetown, gulc is probably my first or 2nd choice, i certainly hope i can get in somewhere decent.

when i was 17 my parents adopted twin baby girls from an asian country and the ps is about my relationship with them and what i learned from it.  my relationship with my sisters is the most important thing to me in the world but it has nothing to do with law thats why i called it irrelevant.  and it's a little melodramtic thats why i call it schlock.
i wouldnt have thought about this as a topic except for ivey's book, she has a ps from a girl who worked in a va hospital and it describes what she learned from one of the patients.  and there was another one from some guy about his trip to brazil.  im just worried about whether things like this are really good topics for a ps and i was wondering whether other people wrote about similiar things.

seems no one wants to respond to you king, well i will, i think you're a gentleman and a scholar and law school should be glad to have you!

i have the anna ivey book and the good ps examples she has all strike me as irrelevant schlock, but i figured she must know what she's talking about so i made my personal statement about irrelevant schlock.  by that i mean it's stuff that has nothing to do with law school, i dont even mention law school.  is anyone else doing this?
