I am waitlisted at:

Ave Maria
Widener
Capital
Valparaiso
Albany
New England

and I still havent heard from 5 schools.  I applied in November so it is starting to get frustrating, because I would attend 4 out of the 5 over my pick from the schools I have been accepted at.  What a redic. process

Choosing the Right Law School / Tulsa or Detroit Mercy

I am still waiting on a few schools but a seat deposit is due at the end of the week.  I want to practice criminal law, but have not been able to decide on either school.  From what I gathered so far, Tulsa seems to have a pretty good rep in the midwest, but I am not crazy about working in the midwest.  Detroit mercy is in detroit so that in itslef does not seem that great.  However I am from pittsburgh so the school is only 5 hours from where I currently am.  I would liek to practice in pa.  Can anyone give me alittle help on what they think.  I am completely clueless on which school to send the seat deposit to.  Thanks for any help in advance.

I was accepted at Detroit Mercy yesterday!   I know they dont have the greatest rep, but I have heard that their criminal law program is pretty strong, does anyone know anything about it, especially because now i am trying to decide between tulsa and detroit.  I want to practice criminal law and would much rather live in the northeast.  However I have heard great things about Tulsa so I am not sure what to do, but my seat deposits are due very soon, so any help would be greatly appreciated.  I live in pittsburgh, if that would affect any of the decisions.   THANKS IN ADVANCE

Is anyone else dying to hear from a few schools who they would pick over the schools they have gotten into?   I have decided on Tulsa out of my options so far, but I still need to hear from Clevelnad State, Dayton, Ohio Northern, Duquesne, and Detroit Mercy.  All of which I would pick over Tulsa, because of their proximity to where I want to practice.  However I would be more than happy going to Tulsa, and have heard great things about it.  I don't think this cycle will ever end.  Oh and not to mention, waiting to hopefully get off the waitlist at schools like Albany and Capital.
