#1 - It's almost always merit money that schools award along with (or soon after) accepting you.

So looks like they're still working through some kinks... as long as I get an award offer before the March ASW (which I should, since all my stuff was sent in a week ago) I'll be happy

Damn girl, you're on top of this sh!t.  Well done.

Agreed - thanks for easing my mind as well!

Did you guys (0L's) get the email about Harvard scholarships?  I was so excited until I realized I don't qualify for a single one.  There were scholarships specifically for people with the last name Hudson!  Also, there were scholarships for people from specific families.  Why not just set up a trust internally within the family?  Why post it on a public scholarships website?

Such cock blocks...

Actually, as a Pewterschmidt, I was delighted to see my proud lineage recognized and rewarded.

Are you related to Lois?

Just call me Son of Carol.

(God, I love wikipedia)

its been two weeks for me, my dad faxed them Sunday, January 28th -- I just emailed them

Jeeeezus! I thought the whole thing about faxing was that it was pretty instantaneous. Will you let me know if they say anything that's generally applicable?

Re: financial aid -- any new 1Ls able to report how long it takes between faxing in financial aid documents and seeing them show up on the myfaid site? It's been a few days for me already. I can understand a wait for surface mail, of course, but for faxing?
