They didn't send the fee waiver for a reason, his numbers simply triggered a function in some program that decided to send it :p

That being said, getting a $12 application to such a good school really is a no-brainer, even if there is a 97% chance they will ding you.

Brilliant :) I keep a pen so I can make notations in my book, that is about all I do these days. If I could find a good 4-colors-in-1 highlighter I would use that, but I can't be arsed bringing an arsenal of highlighters around :)
