Law School Applications / Transcript question.« on: November 04, 2008, 03:16:49 PM »
I sent in my transcript as soon as I graduated UG. I just got a letter from my UG verifying my completion of a degree and that it will now reflect on my transcripts. This means that I sent in the transcript to LSAC too soon and although it will have all the classes, it will not have official degree earned note. Should I order another transcript?

so if u need one, apply for one on the lsac page asap. it takes a while. I've only been successful at 1 out of 20 schools via email.

It's quite dangerous at night for other drivers, but I don't think it crosses their mind. What's a good way to steer them into a tree? (for example)

Studying for the LSAT / Getting a good overall "feel" on the LSAT. Need Advice« on: October 31, 2008, 06:24:28 PM »
I realized today that I did every single logic games problem starting 1993 - 2008. If I took more than 8:45 on any given game, or got anything less than -0, I redid it until it was perfect. I thought games were my strength but after getting humbled on the Oct 08 LSAT, i went back to study.
Here's the problem. I still don't feel 100% complete and confident, despite doing all the games at 99% accuracy timed. I think I get nervous on this test because I put so much pressure on myself. Any advice to reassure myself? 15

Brief synopsis:
California Supreme Court has ruled that the state government has no jurisdiction over the choice of partner in marriage. Some opponents of this decision initiated prop 8, which if passed would reverse the decision made by the court. (California state marriage law) "does not constitute a legitimate basis upon which to deny or withhold legal rights." 17

Loyola admissions was kind enough to grant me one with an invitation to one of their law forum. Frankly, I do not have enough $ to apply to schools I have in mind. LSAC fee waiver is not an option because I do not meet the citizenship requirement. Anyone have some success stories?

I know this is a really old test but I'm running into some problems, which I cannot figure out this late evening.
ill change the names of cities and players but keep the game intact. John spends 14days exactly, in 6 cities. those 6 cities are in one of the countries of A, B, or C Each country has many cities John tours at least one city in each country John spends at least 2 days in each city he tours He spends no fraction of a day, only whole. Question: If John spends exactly 8 days in the cities of country A, what cannot be true? answer = He tours exactly 2 cities in country A. my question = but why can't he in country of A tour 2 cities of 2-6days or 3-5days or 4-4days? Rule only states he has to spend at least 2 days in each city. 20
