What kind of jobs do you have? Professional jobs?
Just wondering if it's usually good to ask an employer for a LOR if it's not a professional job.(did retail and security). I'm sure they would write me excellent LOR's as they have known me for quite a bit.

see the problem is I'm worried if they would ask me for my full transcripts. During the first two years in college I did pretty bad, but now there's a huge upward trend in my grades for these last two years.
Although both professors know me pretty well, got A's in their classes, participated a lot, I don't feel too comfortable to give them my PS. It's pretty personal.

well, I am definitely going to ask one professor in person as I'm 100% sure he would write me a LOR, but I'm not too sure about the other person. Would sending them an email be appropriate?
I'm still in college btw.
