We've released a new free app called LawLibe on the iTunes store - it gives you access to our entire content library, including the U.S. Constitution, Federal Rules, U.S. Code, Code of Federal Regulations, M.P.E.P., and various state statutes.

If you feel like getting a jump on them, you can download the venerable version 1.0, and get the free 2.0 upgrade as soon as Apple approves it. Version 2.0 is coming out later this month, and I'll try to get the wider keyboard feature implemented in the next release. Version 2 has options to change fonts, font sizes, and vastly improved search functions.

Most apps do cost money, but the ones that we have we're giving away for free. All the apps we have incorporate freely available, public information that I thought it would be helpful for law students to have easy access to.
We have a version coming out next week or so that has a lot more features (searching, cross-referencing, etc.) and will incorporate a lot more information than is feasible to do on a free web app. Plus, it will be able to run off-line, without an internet connection.
