Hopefully this will give some of the sub 150 lurkers some hope. I've been accepted to the PT program at Western New England. My stats:
3.1 UGPA, LSATS 146, 149 - 2 years work experience in the Liquor industry.. Keep on truckin!

I also recieved both emails with the unsuppressed addresses. I have not been accepted (nor do I really expect to be) so I'm not sure if you can really make anything from this.

Law School Admissions / rejections at T4's
« on: February 15, 2006, 09:58:59 AM »
This may be a bunch of bull, but it seems like some T4's haven't been mailing rejections yet, or at least not with the frequency they have in past years. Do you guys think that this could be due to the falling apps and the schools are still trying to get a feel of the applicant pool, or are they just f@cking with us and they'll do a mass mailing at a certain point in time?

Any thoughts?

Law School Admissions / Pace law fee waiver
« on: January 24, 2006, 06:14:17 AM »
Did anyone else recieve a Pace Law Fee Waiver letter in the mail recently? The letter states that they've mined the CRS (LSAC info) database and that my stats came up as a match. I find this hard to believe since my numbers are below their medians (GPA 3.1, LSAT 149). It is a waiver, so I will apply, but do you think this is just to boost their numbers?

FSU and NEW ENGLANDMonday January 9th 2006 9:36am
Today I recieved rejections for FSU and New England School of Law. I kinda figured about florida state, actually I don't know why I applied there. New England was kinda suprising though, But not a heart blowing decline. What ever, "Press forward!"

latin lord.. How did you get the NESL rejection? Mail, email, phone? I applied there and I'm trying to get a heads up of what's to come.

Thanks and good luck on the rest of your cycle.

Someone needs to be part of the sub 25%ile statistics.. Why can't it be me is often the attitude these applicants and I myself possess.

There's a trend forming here. Are both of you from different UG's? If so, the hold up may be at Brooklyn and not at your respective UG's.

Just a thought...

P.S. For future reference, one post per topic will suffice.

Are you going to post this in every forum and sub-forum available?

Law School Admissions / Re: What's your undergrad school's average LSAT?

UConn - 151  >:( I didn't know my fellow classmates were that stupid.

I'm part of that stupid group, but what I find funny is that UCONN breeds us with a 151 average and then won't accept us into their law school...
