I'm a fellow Michigander and I’m in the same boat numbers wise. One school the previous poster didn't mention is Wisconsin. They do put more weight on gpa but, your lsat puts you well in to their top 25% which should help. But, if you do want to practice in Michigan, WSU and MSU are your best options. In my opinion after having visited both schools and after talking to a lot of alums, they both put you in the same position after graduation in terms of your career. Since you'll be in the same market competing for the same jobs, go where you'll have less debt. With that 163 you might not pay anything at either school, even with your gpa. Second, consider where you'd rather spend three years, Lansing or Detroit.
