POWERSCORE VS. TESTMASTERS VS. KAPLAN VS. PRINCETON REVIEW
Any thoughts on which one is the best? I've decided to go ahead an take one to keep me studying and focused. However, I'm not sure which one is regarded as "the best". Reviews online don't provide much insight so I decided to ask the experts--you all!!
I have the LR Bible and i went from missing 10-15 on every section to only missing 3 (i took a section last night adn i was soooooo happy!). I made an outline of the book about how to answer each quesiton. You should be able to look at the question and immediately know what kind of question type it is and then automatically be able to apply the techniques. Also, look to see which quesitons you keep getting wrong and then reread the chapter of the LR Bible. For me, I get parallel reasoning wrong and I had to keep going back and looking at those and also assumption questions. Keep with it...it takes time and a lot of looking over your wrong problems. I focused on LR for two weeks straight with the Bible and read every single page and memorized the techniques.
I am planning on taking the LSAT in October and my goal is 165-170. I have taken only a few practice tests ranging from 152-160. I have bought the LR Bible and just recently signed up for Kaplan Advanced Course. Has anyone taken the Kaplan Advanced course and thought it helped? I've heard bad things about Kaplan on this site and was wondering if there was any positive feedback out there??? My weakness used to be LR, but now it's reading comprehension. The LR Bible really helped me, but they don't make one for reading comprehension. Does anyone have any advice for RC?
Do any of you have advice of how I should go about studying with this much time left? Also, is my target unreasonable considering I got a 152 on a practice test? I seem to be leveling off around 160 with RC dragging me down. Also, any comments about Kaplan sure would help!!
