I'm going to leave mine in my locker and just do my casebook reading at school.  I'll print off the briefs from Lexis to take home and remind me when I'm then using the supplements.  Of course, that's the current plan.  Reality may intervene.

BTW, CTL, I just ran into one of our classmates (and his wife and youngest) at Ithaca Bakery.  Very, very nice guy.

I think I know to whom you're referring.  JB?  He's really awesome.  I met him at ASD.

I've got a messenger laptop bag, but I'm thinking of bringing a tote as well for da books.  I wish I didn't have to bring casebooks to class.  They're so big.

You have to be careful with those assumptions.  Tons of cases of statutory rape involve couples of very close age.  Like 17/16.  It's unfortunate that they get lumped into the same 'sex offender' category with child molesters and such, but it happens all the time.

Yea, for someone with a background in French though, Spanish is the next most practical (and attainable) language to learn.  Mandarin is nearly impossible to learn unless you have lots of time, patience, and practice (read: live in China for a few years).  If you really want another language (one that you can learn in less than a year with lots of practice - which you would be able to get with native speakers in pretty much any American town), go with Spanish.

The touch is great.  It came in handy in airports with wifi too.  I also put all of the flight info in the notes.  Good stuff.
