haha, yeah that post by kisha lockett was just ridiculous and so transparent. and i dont think she realizes that if anything, it would hurt her case for toby to know that her conviction/determination is so weak that she would allow her skin color to dissuade her from applying to any school. are we living in the 1800s? she is hardly the first woman of color to apply to HLS...and besides, the reluctance to set precedents probably does not bode well for an eminent legal career.

thanks, hibiscus!! good luck to you! i know how you feel...i was clinging onto my phone this whole afternoon with a death grip. thankfully he called during the first available time that i gave him, so i was only anxious for about 3 hours or so (not counting the entire last week, that is). otherwise im pretty sure i would have developed carpal tunnel.
