Wow, clean sheet in one of the LR's!

My breakdown is:
LR1 : -3
LR2: -2 (still so impressed I got only -2 in this section)
RC: -6 (say what!)
LG: -6 (unsurprising)

Just received my score.

A 163. I'm not disappointed really because that's where I expected it to be coming out of the exam and I would have been (pleasantly) surprised if it was higher. I know I am capable of doing better but that's just the way it goes. Even though my score only went up 4 points, my percentile shot up 10%.

In a twist of irony, the sections which are my strongest (RC and Games) were my weakness and LR was my friend  :D That last LR section that I finished with about 12 minutes to spare, I only had 2 wrong in, which is excellent for me in LR.  RC in which a bad section is -3, I got -6 which is quite surprising. Ah well.

YAY!!! I know this it's silly to say to someone I don't know - but I'm proud! I know how tough it is to rebound from that 159 and you totally proved that with hard work, the first one is no indicator of real potential! So pleased to hear that violaboy  ;D

I still haven't received mine but does anyone else do a little pep-talk before they open the page? I'm sitting here prepping myself for about a minute "don't worry if it's below what you got before, you did the best you could. If it's above a 165 - great. If not - don't worry about it" and then I click and it's not there  :D Rinse and repeat. Finally I get so frustrated I just keep clicking and (last time anyway) it finally popped up when I hadn't given myself my pep talk!  :D

Ooh Barry - here's hoping for a hat trick eh?!

It is lame, but I could easily see that as being true. Sadly I think the scale is going to continue to get tighter and tighter....hopefully I won't still be writing LSAT's by that stage...

Wow - just shows how desperate they are to track you down. From what I understand, it's quite rare to find a match outside one's family and yes the procedure is quite painful, but it's all worthwhile esp. knowing that one would hope someone would be willing to do the same for me if I was ever in that situation. Melodramatic meggo is what people should call me  :D

Surely more than 5. It's so moving that you are doing that.  :)
-but why send a letter? Surely in such cases, calling a potential donor is quicker? But I digress...

I'm not so sure now that scores will be coming out today afterall. It's just about 4 PM EST and it's a bit late for no one to have started receiving their scores....non?

my box is updated now though...

:D, no that was a joke. It's all random.

Still no update here, test center 0957.

On a plus side, my boyfriend just bought a cuisnart ice cream maker completely randomly

Still nothing over here. From what I can tell, the 'box filling' and receipt of scores is pretty arbitrary. I've received both before others in the same time zone, and likewise I probably have an 'older' LSAC number than other people and will get it later....maybe by score center number?
