Bobdealmighty, Thanks for you insight.  The cold does not bother me, I am from the Upper Michigan, though I have been displaced for the last few years.

AH, Things have been kind of slow lately.  I have not heard anything from any other schools and I have only been getting "Law Porn" from those who accepted me.  I am kind of waiting to see what kind of financial aid the schools offer, economics will influence my decision - especially as it concerns Richmond.

I have however, visited both William & Mary and Richmond and wrote up my thoughts on my blog.

Thank you everyone....I see that a consensus has started to form.

I still have 5 schools outstanding, so that may throw a twist in things.

Where I am at:
Winner: ???
Goal: Ave Maria ($10K), IUPUI, Richmond (promise of cash), MSU, Pitt, Minn, Wayne State, CWR, Toledo (100%), Penn State
In Play: W&M, ND, Illinois, UVA
Shootout: Wisconsin
No Goal: UofMI, OSU
Eliminated from Playoff Contention: NIU, Cooley (100%), St. Thomas - Minn, Detroit Mercy, Cincinnati, Chicago-Kent, Dayton ($15K), Valpo ($12K), Hamline (100%), William Mitchell, Marquette, Loyola-Chicago.

P.S., I met a veteran who is a current student at Minnesota. He was loving it there.

Thanks for the insight!  When I visited "the U" they brought up that there is a strong veteran base, especially with the newly formed Veteran's Transition Office.

thanks army.  however, that is a *definite* advantage ;)  PLUS, how amazing is that campus?!  seriously, good luck with finaid, a lot of money from Richmond would be AWESOME!  let me know how it works out. :)

Undecided.  I am willing to relocate to where I can build multiple snow sculptures get the best overal value for Law School in long term.  I am just trying to get a feel for USNews this boards overall impresson of the schools. ;)
