Where should I go next fall? / Re: Exercise your right! VOTE!!!
« on: February 15, 2006, 08:11:05 AM »I have family in Minnesota and especially in the Twin Cities area so it'd be easy for me to find a place to stay while going to law school (thus keeping it cheaper!), but that cold weather is something that I'll never get used to after living in San Diego for 19 yrs of my life (0-19). Still, a top ranked school is hard to beat if you're concerned with job prospects afterwards too. Also, looking at your schools, if I were accepted to both ND and Minn I'd probably go with ND in a heartbeat, but I'm biased towards the Irish anyway
Bobdealmighty, Thanks for you insight. The cold does not bother me, I am from the Upper Michigan, though I have been displaced for the last few years.
Haven't heard much from you in a while.
Any new updates? I noticed you hadn't updated any Ws on LSN, so I am guessing there is a lot of limbo going on.
AH, Things have been kind of slow lately. I have not heard anything from any other schools and I have only been getting "Law Porn" from those who accepted me. I am kind of waiting to see what kind of financial aid the schools offer, economics will influence my decision - especially as it concerns Richmond.
I have however, visited both William & Mary and Richmond and wrote up my thoughts on my blog.
Hope all is well and best of luck to all.
