Ohio State sucks. I can't wait for the OSU vs USC game tho.OSU v. USC=Greatest game ever!
Does anybody know a good place to look at clerkship prospects? That really is my dream post-grad job. Specifically, I'd like to see something that shows what school place where i.e. Chi places approximately x many clerks in y circuit court in a given year. Thanks.
Clerking (especially federal appellate clerkships) will tend to mirror USNews in terms of placement. Judges tend to like students from the more exclusive schools, though GPA is also of course important.
I understand B is the correct answer. But I don't understand why A is not correct.
I think A also weakens the conclusion. If A is true, then the label "sugar-free" will not do any harm to the consumers who need to lose weight, thus there is no need to ban the labeling.
Is there anything wrong in my thinking? Could anyone help me with it? Thank you!
what schools do you think I can get in with my numbers as it stands now? T1? T2? How beneficial would retaking the lsat be for getting into a good schooL? Don't they average the scores? For instance, say I retake and score a 168. If you average it with the 165, it is just a one point increase (166). Would it be worth it for a one point increase?scores are no longer averaged. Only the highest is reported to LSAC. So retaking is far more beneficial these days. But I think you need to tell us what exactly you want as far as law schools and future employment before we can give you decent advise. For instance, if you biglaw as it is called, then retake and try to get 170+. if you want a firm job, it depends on where you want to practice.
