If I were you, I'd go with the boss's letter. I don't think law schools care what kind of firm he owns or what kind of job it is. A great personal rec would probably be better than a more impersonal one from your philosophy professor.

I'm an English major and I have four different English professors who would write me glowing recommendations. Should I send all four in, considering that they may all say similar things about how I write well, participate well, etc? Is it necessary for me to find a non-English professor for variety? I may be able to get one from an employer, but the recommendation would not be as strong.

This may be a stupid question, but I can't figure it out. I took the October LSAT and but the Item Response Report makes no sense to me.

I can't figure out how to quote just sections of someone's post.

But, what I meant by the first question was that if I do all the games by type, when I get down to taking practice tests, i would have seen those games before because I would have already done them all by type. So it seems counterproductive.

I think my problem is not so much figuring out what type of game it is but immediately figuring out how best to diagram it and think about it, especially if it's some kind of grouping game. And I never know when to identify the possibilities.
