Law School Admissions / Re: 3.76/168

I have a question about UMICH.  I applied there as an undergrad and was waitlisted.  Would law schools take this into account in any way, shape, or form when evaluating my law school app(in a negative or positive light)?  Thanks.

Are there any environmental lawyers working with corporations on how to go about being in accord with various laws and acts.

Thanks for all the info., I understand the LSAT can change (sometimes drastically) from what scores have shown on practice exams, but I have been pretty rigorous in simulating the experience.

Hopefully all turns out well, as I will be flexible depending on the score, but would rather have an early gauge of where I can go.

Another environmental law qustion... What exactly does working for the "bad guy" entail?  And what are the differences in salary? Is it essentially the same 50k-80k gap that attorneys experience in other fields?

I was discussing Ithaca about cornell, but I am genuinely thinking about applying to G-Town.  I would need to be near a larger city, like D.C. I am still a junior, and I will be taking the June LSAT.  I have taken a good number of practice LSATs, and they have almost all come out to a 168 or 167.  A 166 and one 170, but I am predicting a 168 or 167.

The one point GPA discrepancy represents my 3.758 GPA, figured I would give two EXTREMELY similar UGPA/LSATS, which are both legit possiblities.

Here is my list of schools I will be applying to with a 3.76/ 168 from DePaul University.
Double Major in ECON/History.  A few solid internships, but no substantial work experience. Interested in environmental law.  What do you think? Too many reaches?, should I apply to schools that are exceptional in environmental law, but not nationally recognized, such as a U or Oregon?

1. U of Chi
2. Berkeley
3. U Mich
4. UCLA
5. U TEXAS AUSTIN
6. Duke
7. BC
8. University of Washington
9. UNC
10. UC Davis
