our legal research (1 unit) class was not curved. everyone can get an A. but i just started legal writing (2 units) and it's a forced curve! it seems to me very important and our prof. tells us it's the most important class.

Will it look bad on my application to list that I went to two universities (i transfered) but also took classes at two junior colleges so I could graduate faster?

I read that Berkeley has no grades, just pass fail and honors. Is there any disadvantage to this as far as getting jobs, or is it generally accepted in the job area that this is the case?

Can anyone tell me what a typical schedule is for a first year law student? I've heard that you get no choice in it. 5 days a week, early or late, etc. ?? Thanks!

oh my gosh this is so frustrating: my dad was going to buy me my laptop and now he wants to wait til like the 17th for a better price. is anyone else going to be starting school without their computers? im so worried about not being able to take notes quickly enough!
