There is a really good MPC  based crim law book.  I can't remember the name of it right off hand, but if u email me I can find it later.  my email is danbranum@mail.utexas.edu

ALso my crim law outline found at www.danbranum.com is based heavily heavily on mpc and uses and references the book I am speaking of.

My resources were very helpful to me and the friends I have shared them with.  I made outlines based on formats that I thought exam questions might require.

All the outlines are completely free.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know about my new website.  I have posted all of my 1L outlines and approximately 400 other outlines from other students.  They are listed by the school, professor, year, etc.

I will keep adding more outlines when I find them.

Anyway all the outlines are free to use, but please click on some google adds for me every time you download an outline, so that I can pay for the bandwidth/webspace.

THANKS!
Dan.

Yeah it is totally legal.  I mean I don't suggest that you use them for 100% of your studying, but they might be helpful to show you one way of doing outlines, or give you like a template to work from, etc.  Totally legal though, believe it or not.
