Current Law Students / random Q to make myself feel better
« on: March 26, 2008, 05:54:48 AM »
I have no time to brief now, although I felt like it helped me because I went back over the case. I make a lot of notations in my book.

- When did any of you stop briefing?
- Did you notice a reduction in understanding and/or your grade?

If it wasn't for the fricking legal writing class, first year would be easy. If only... :'(

Sorry, writing my appellate brief right now, I think outlining would be a really nice break.

Dude, I understand. When I worked on my app brief, I longed to outline, LOL... Yes, it would be so much better without that stupid class.

I always seem to zone out when someone is being called on. :\

Thank you, res... I've gotten a chunk of my outline done today. Going to make some copies of the practice exams today at school. I'm actually probably not going to do any until the weekend before the exam (exam is on a Friday), and the few reading days before it.

Going to do brief research today also.

And I'll just need to catch up on any reading I fall behind on during spring break!

I guess at the end of the day, when I need to go to sleep and don't have time left IN the day to do anything else, I post on here since I figure most people will understand. Most.
