I've applied to Suffolk (3.58/151) PT.  I'm praying that I'll get in.  What are your schedules?  Other the the competition that results from the forced curve, do you find other students to be collegial?  How do you like it?  On second thought, tell me EVERYTHING!   ;D

I recently saw Princeton Review's top 10 list of most competitive schools.  How do they define competitive?  How does a school get on the list?  I'm interested in Suffolk.

Law School Applications / Re: What Does the Index # on LSAC report mean?

How does the index get used?  Does the school have a minimum cutoff and if you're below that, you're toast?

Non-Traditional Students / Re: Why are you "Non Traditional"

I'm 31, married with twin one year olds.  Graduated in 1995 with BS in Biology.  Graduated 1998 with MPH in Community Health Practice.  Worked for the last 7 years, hated just about every minute of it.  Every job has been devoid of all intellectual stimulation.  There's gotta be something better out there: oh, yeah!  Law!

Law School Applications / What to do about financial forms if apply now?
« on: October 14, 2005, 12:12:32 PM »
I've already submitted my apps, just waiting for LORs and LSAT score.  Should I wait and submit my financial apps when the 2006-2007 FAFSA comes out in January or should I just submit what I can now, noting that the FAFSA still needs to be completed?  I've heard that many schools offer scholarships with their acceptances, so I want to make sure that my schools know that I'm needy when they decide.
