I pretty much choked. I could say that I got flustered bc my cab driver got lost and drove me to the test center late, but I choked.
I knew it was a bad day for me (granted, i didn't think it was THAT bad...) and I should have canceled, but such is life.
Here's to Cornell and NU, who take the higher score!

Benjamins it is...I also got a 157 (after testing in low 170s), so I am going to retake and apply in Dec. I'm sure I will be happier with my next score.
Even so, do you all think that you can still score biglaw jobs if you get good marks at a Tier 2? At this point, I am aiming for the lower tier schools in NYC, DC, LA, and SF markets...

Survivor,
That sounds awesome...I wish you luck in the internship! As soon as I heard about clinics, it is becoming clearer to me that this is the way I want to structure my legal education. It makes it seem like law is more of an apprentice-like education. Thanks for the 411 -

So I am still applying and have no idea where I'll be yet, but it's about time I start getting ahead of myself, so here goes nothin'.
What exactly do you do in a clinical program? Are you mainly doing some kind of research for a professor at your school or do you work with lawyers from your schools surrounding area? Do you have contact with the clients?
I would appreciate stories and feedback from anyone that has experience in LS clinics, esp. with housing or juvenile issues. What exactly do you all do in there?
THANKS

is anyone still looking for housing? i have some suggestions for that.
I'd love to hear them...
what's your criteria and price range?
Umm...my ideal would be a house where I can live w two or three buddies in the rockeridge area, but anything close to campus would be cool...lemme know if you hear of anything opening up!
