I am looking into an Executive JD since I do not want to practice law, but enhance my education in my career field. Can anyone tell me what the program is like. Is the course load full time or part time. Seems more flexible than traditional online JD. Any advice?

Anyone know anything or anybody who has gone thru this program. I understand that you can earn your LLB thru distance learning. Is it possible to to maybe go to an ABA school for your LLM after completion to be able to practice law in the states? New york accepts LLB degrees from University of London and will allow you to sit for the bar if you then earn atleast 20 credits towards an ABA degree such as an LLM, but does the external program count. Any other states accept the LLB from England thru this option?

Is it possible to earn a degree from an unaccredited university such as Concord or Taft and then earn an LLM from St Thomas University which is ABA approved and accepts DL law school graduates in order to sit for the bar in NJ?

I cuurently work for the US Department of Justice and planned on staying with them and becoming a lawyer..entry level states school doesn't have to be ABA if you are able to sit for the bar in ANY jurisdiction. I would have to pass the bar in CA but don't know how competitive I would be..

I currently work for the DOJ and would like to become an attorney after law school. Any information would be helpful. I am looking at either Rutgers Law part-time or online law school in CA..any advice?

I am extremely interested in William Howard Taft University. They are not ABA..but are accreditted by the DETC which is recognized by the US Department of Ed. like Concord only much cheaper. Any thoughts on this school. Looking at getting possibly getting BSL from there too.
