For us non-trad's who work full-time an
 *Edit* That stupid smiley cut off the rest of my post, well here it is As I was saying for us non-trad's who work full-time and have kids, what are you putting as a soft factor. I'm afraid that my EC's are blank due to me working mostly while in school (ok truth be told, i wasn't interested in joining any organizations in college) and now that I'm out I've been concentrating on working and raising my child. 46
