Hello all.
I'm interested in real estate law and wanted to know if anyone could post some resources for me. My school does not have many resources for this area of law and are not helpful at all.

I would love to get a externship in dubai in there booming real estate market or some where in the states.

if you have any tips/helps/links, i would appreciate it.

also any books to read (other than case books, hornbooks or treatise) that would be helpful also

Can someone please help me out with tax! Its soo confusing and my teacher is TERRIBLE! If anyone has an outline/supplement/any help that can break down the codes for me in plain language so that I can apply them to problems and hypos that they could send, i would REALLY APPRECIATE IT

Hello,

Does anyone have a good Contracts Checklist? For example the steps you have to go throught to make an offer/acceptence, steps you have to look into to see even if an offer has been made.

I heard the checklist method for Contracts is the best way to learn, so I"m trying to find a good checklist/outline.

If anyone has one or could recommend a good one, could you please share??
