I just wanted to say that spending more than 6 hours a day doesn't really mean anything. Law school isn't abotu the marathon sessions in the library. A lot of people do more work than is necessary. Its all about working smart, not working long. Best of luck to all this semester

to be honest, I study for about 3 hours a day on average, except fridays since that is my day to relax and do nothing all day (law related). Saturday and Sunday I study for about 5 hours each day

I use one note. You should check out www.aspenlaw.com There is a free trial of a great note taking program. I suggest that you check it out.

No, listen to 2 or 3 cd's a day. It is not too late to use its effective techniques. Start as soon as possible

I use high court case summaries, which is basically the same thing. I use them in addition to the reading for more clarification. I think I might have to cut out reading the actually cases, and just using the commerical summaries as legal writing projects, and other time constraints come along
