I want to go to them all, including the away games (especially at Nebraska and Tech) but I realize that both school and lack of finances will conspire against me.

Anyone else at work today?

Not yet. The scuttlebutt is that the email with the instructions on how to order the tickets will go out this week, but that's all just hearsay and speculation at this point. I'll make sure that I post any more info when and if I get some.

I further suggest that we have a happy hour beforehand. I have already made posts to this effect on both the Freshlaw and Facebook message boards, but for those who don't frequent either of those forums the happy hour is currently scheduled for Saturday the 8th at El Chile on Manor. We could follow one another or even carpool if you are comfortable enough over to the park after the happy hour.

I finally managed to drag myself into the office, but I think that I am only going to keep my seat warm here for about another 90 minutes or so.

I'm checking in, but after this I'm heading out, packing up, and then getting the hell out of dodge. Tubing, here I come!

Hornian, your doggies are beautiful.
I'll let them know that they have another admirer. It's a lot easier to do so when you don't live with them - I spent close to $1000 and the better part of a week two months ago putting in a new fence that they can't jump over, but it was worth it for them to be able to wear themselves out outside while I'm gone.

Two dogs. Kaci, a 4.5 year old German Shorthair female who I've had for 3 years; and Kona, and 8-year old Weimaraner that I adopted 2 months ago (his original owner was killed in a car accident and I took him in). And honestly, having 2 dogs is easier than having one. The only down side is that I buy food every week instead of every other week, and I have to clean out the backyard twice as fast.

OK, I'm making too many mistakes today folks, and I can't even blame it on lack of sleep today.  I"m headed home, and will catch y'all tomorrow if I don't poke in for a bit late tonight.
We all have days like that. I'm cutting out early to go see Superman Returns. Don't tell my boss.
