I would take a year off , re-take the LSAT and reapply to Vandy if that is where you want to be.  It is difficult to transfer there, I was #1 in my class (at a very low ranked school) and was rejected. You wouldn't need to be number 1 at Ohio State to be considered, but I'd imagine you'd need to be near the top.

My teacher told me last week about an error with a student's grade, the student had earned at A-, but the records office messed up and gave him a very low grade.  Point is, it is worth at least asking about.

Yes, but usually just breaks down the BLL and important cases.  Not all the BS you get in class.

You can really only do so much, natural ability is going to take over at some point.
