I'm interested in being an AF JAG. Good information here and yes, I learned a lot through their website.
Any others still thinking about being a JAG? Specifically 1Ls? What are you doing or to the more seasoned students/graduates, what did you do your 1L summer?
I worked for a Judge 1L summer, did the AF JAG internship 2L summer. I am up for the Feb. selection board and will find out something at the end of Feb. or early March.

If you took PR then don't worry. Find an MPRE outline, read through it a few times, take 1-2 practices tests and you'll be fine. A few hours one or 2 nights and you'll pass.

I wouldn't go there, if it is the only place you were accepted considering some other trade besides law. Don't be lured by the scholarship if you were offered one, chances are you will lose it after the first year and end up paying more than you bargained for. You're welcome in advance. I know more about the school if you need any specific info pm me.

Still need this, plus if anyone has access to some of her old exams I'd be willing to pay for them.

Most schools don't curve a lot of upper level classes, but I've never heard of a school that has no curved classes. Some schools don't grade at all though, so that might be your best bet.

I would say fed, they have a lighter caseload, more interesting material, and the federal government is almost always more prestigious than state. Plus your local federal defender might have the funds to pay you, very doubtful the state PD has any kind of surplus budget.
