I don't mind seeing pinup girls on here, but I don't see the relevance.

I come here to read about law school. If I want to look at girls, I go to a porn site. Both types of websites play their own important role!

Fair enough.  But that is very debatable on many fronts...

In any case, free speech is not an issue here.  This is not about constitutionality, it's about the policies of this message board.

It's debatable because abortion is debatable.

And agreed, constitutionality is not the issue. Disclaimer- I am not a law student yet...

I'd say that swastikas are more offensive, since they represent the deaths of 6 million people, whereas a picture of an aborted fetus represents the termination of what some people would argue is not technically a person. While I do not like to see either on my computer screen, freedom of speech trumps my personal tastes.

...and heavier is cheaper. Carry a heavy load and skip the weight room. Remember- lift with your knees, not your back. I've had hernia surgery- not fun.

And use your manipulative phone skills (do they teach you that in law school? I already have them) to get the representative on the other end of the line to get you to a person that can make decisions.

I've never used Westlaw- I don't start law school until this fall. However, I can tell you that there has got to be a way to contact a human in the company by phone. Also, for Gods sake, please get some advice from other people than the users of this forum. If I had a problem like yours, the last place I would go for help is a discussion board for students.

I'd say do some more research to find a better phone number. I work at a hospital and contact insurance companies all day, and have become quite adept at finding alternate phone numbers to companies that either do not offer telephone customer service, or have long hold times. Start with Google, try to find individual names at the Ebay HQ. Try contacting the post office or city hall in the city where they are located. Basically try to find a back door.

The Hammer is right- look in Westlaw. Try to find out contact information from their legal services, risk management, or private attorneys that represent them.

A lawsuit is premature at this point.
