Transferring / Re: T4 to T1??
« on: February 03, 2006, 11:38:07 AM »
Transfering from a T4 to a T1 is definitely possible. Standing in the upper one-half of class is usually required for consideration. However, no credit is awarded for law school work completed with a grade lower than C or its equivalent. To transfer either half of a two-semester course, both semesters must have been completed with a grade of at least C.

I am currently at Cooley (a T4).  I have an LSAT of 151 and an UGPA of 3.3.  I'm also a Military Intelligence officer in the Army if that helps out(?).  I finished my first semester w/ a 3.9 gpa.

Are you pulling our legs here? 3.3 undergrad GPA and 3.9 GPA in law school?

I'm looking for some input from anyone familiar with these schools in New York (Hofstra, Pace, NY Law). I need to make a decision very soon and I am so confused.  I think Hofstra is ranked higher but NY Law seems to have a much higher average median salary after school.  Help please.

this post does not relate to transfers ... can't get it why it appears on this section
