I wouldn't risk waiting until after 2nd semester finals to start asking recommendations.

There is a yahoo group (transferapps) that transfer students list their stats, you should definitely look at that.  Most schools your application won't be complete until you have your second semester grades, but a few (WUSTL, Case, Denver, Tulane, GULC, and maybe others) do admit students based upon just 1st semester grades.

Transferring / Re: T4 or T3?

Provisional accredidation is a scary thing.  That would make me want to transfer.  Need to know the schools to give you a better opinion.  But provisional accredidation is a scary thing.

Even though the schools are in different states, I would say they are definitly in the same region (aren't they less than 200 miles apart?) so maybe you should just go to the higher ranked one.  80 v. a T3?  Plus instate tuition!  Yeah I would say definitely Rutgers

Transferring / Re: wustl vs. cardozo

Even though Cardozo is 53rd? and WUSTL 19th, I think they are both regional schools and you should go to the one in the region you want to practice.

Have you missed any OCI deadlines at Cardozzo?  I know the first OCI deadline for WUSTL passed and the 2nd one is the Aug 10th I think. I have no idea when the Cardozo deadlines are.

Whatever you decide, don't miss out on anymore OCI opportunities.

Ignore the difference in rankings, they are both for the most part regional schools.  Go with Emory for Atlanta, you know its the right choice.
