Yeah, I know.  Every stinkin' case for class has to be briefed.  It's exhausting.  My professor told us, I know everyone here has a full-time job and that's no excuse for not being prepared for class.  How sweet of him.

He said, "you know what you got yourself into so you better be prepared to brief when called on."  My other professor said, "I'm getting sick and tired of you all being unprepared for class.  Next class period, EVERYONE is briefing a case.  I'm going to give you extra cases just to make sure there are enough cases for each and everyone of you."  Sweet!

What school do you go to?  Law schools use the Socratic Method.  They really do.  If your school used it, you'll feel the pain that the rest of us feel.

Get out of this board and stop trying to sell your useless garbage here!

Looks to me this is not law related.  This board is called "Law School Discussions".

Love?  Dang, I LOVE law school. Why you don't?  I just can't wait to read my cases into the wee night until my eyes burn red.  I love to ditch my friends and family to greet Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Emmanuel in our wonderful conversations.

I love growing bald from stress.  Hair, who needs it?  Especially on a woman.

Yeah, law school is the best.

My school grades on a curve and about 1-2 people get A's and 1-2 get F's.  That's how the grading system works.  Hopefully your school doesn't give out Fs.

Yeah, he's a complete psycho.  I fear being in his class every second.  Last time, he gave us so much reading to do he made us brief the last case to the front...just to make sure we read our cases.  Dumb!

I didn't say "ALL" attorneys, I said maybe most.  Most attorneys that I know are so into themselves.  Apparently you don't know that many.  Maybe if you did, you'd understand my comment.

Some attorney, well actually most attorneys are such pompus pricks.  I truly mean that.  I think when they say knowledge is power, they think they have too much power.
