Who cares about the other people, just be concerned with yourself, i understand your point but it shouldnt be relevant to you learning law.  There was this girl in one of my classes who went in there quoting all these cases and actually telling the professor how she would  decide the case.  Keep in mind, the professor just asked for the facts in the case.

Anyway my advice dont even worry about the other people..just be concerned with yourself and becoming a good attorney.

You;re right the only bit i think you should add is that briefing is important to get you into the mind set of looking at how the courts apply the law to given fact situations, then it is up to you to learn this for legal analysis and apply similar methods in your exams.

Any PLS readers here who have read most of the book and taken the suggestions regarding prep?

I followed the 6 week recommendations and so far everything in the book has been ringing true.

Just messing with you all regarding the number of posts and opinions...anyone having fun yet in law school? Its been interesting just seeing how people are approaching classes and their answering and reactions to professor's grillings.

Thats a Professor's job.  Its quite fun actually, just be calm and try and give them an answer that is professional.

The only way silver sufer could defeat green lantern is if he stole the physical green lantern, the green lantern uses the physical lantern to charge his ring (the ring that can make nukes), and their battle insued at a time period when the ring was not charged.

FYI green lantern has to recharge his ring ever 24 hours, much like a cell phone.

Thanks for the response.

Yes I anticipate the long hours of studying and am looking forward to it.  I graduated from NYU my GPA was only 3.3 however I got A's in my double majors Poli Sci / Philosophy.Just didnt bother studying for my other classes as much.
 I got a 163 on the LSAT that whcih I took in Feb.  I just was fed up with my job and decided to goto law school which i was originally going to do after NYU but needed to live my life and start to make money.

Congrats on making Law Review.

I believe i've gotten a head start by reading primers on torts and contracts. Did you read Planet Law School or do any studying prior to your first year.

From my undergraduate constitutional law course at NYU i recall this case being straigh forward as far as how the court applied the law to reach its decision.  Its been a few years though.
