If you are in a position where you can say this with a straight face, apparently you've never had to figure out a "simple matter" like the state of a relationship.  I haven't met a legal issue as complicated as making a relationship work.

I'm dating this swedish chick right now, she's in sweden currently visiting her family so its going pretty well ;).  In all seriousness though, this goes back to the cute punk rock chick standpoint. Cute punk rock girls dont partake in this aspect of the womens need to be dependent on her boyfriend for all those little bull issues. If you're honest and tell your partner exactly how you feel in ever aspect of the relationship its really simple.

I have had situations where this wasnt the case and ends up with me leaving the dinner table saying something to the effect, i dont need this *&^%, i.e., when a girl started telling me what I "need" to do.  You just need to find one that doesnt do that, is ok with you making your own decisions, and loves the decisions you make.  Again honesty in what you both expect out of the relationship is key.

It seems that people dont know what they expect from their partner causing too many misunderstandings and arguments.

Blackcar, if you're a cute punk rock girl i say drop the losser, are you in new york, we can discuss this further listening to some jawbreaker and over a beer.

You seem like a fun guy, but comments about "cute punk rock girls" should really be on a high school forum ;)

Yes you are right in a sense; however, we must consider the origin of the quote and its relevance to this board.

"Cute punk rock girls" was first cited by another poster regarding the lack of such entities in law school and their relationship to the alleged prevalence of snobby a-holes.

Now with this being established, I would argue that comments regarding cute punk rock girls, hereinafter ARE permissible on this board.

Also they are permissible in law school and any other arena they would like to frequent.

This is ONLY applicable to cute punk rock girls, with a major emphasis on the CUTE element of the comment.

Thank you and have a good day.

Decided August 28th 2005.

PS.  *&^% its already the 28th, I have to send in my rent check.

Good question, Duner.  However, I had two profs. last year who did not allow this.  One of them publicly humiliated a kid in front of the class and made him sit back down red-faced.

Our professors have told us to try and take care of that before class.

Why the hell did the kid get humiliated and turn red faced?  He should just have told him he had to go.

Jawbreaker was sooooo good. Can't listen to them anymore though. Too many not so good associations.

Don;t let the associations destroy your ability to listen to them.

Just meet some cute punk rock girl and create new associations with the songs.

Chesterfield King is such a good song.

yeah, jawbreaker is definately a contender for the best band of all time. too bad i never got to see them live. jtb isn't bad either. i think they're due for a new album.

Andrenna:

I saw them live only once just before they broke up, they played mostly dear you songs.

I liked JTB first album, i only downloaded a few songs from the second.

Saw them play there first show in new york and yelled jawbreaker once.

Where are you from btw?

lol, i didnt mean it in a d*ck way.

Though after re-reading it, i guess its pretty high on the d**k scale.

I was just trying to make a point, just talk to your boyfriend and lay it down on the table to get the real situation that is involved.

Blackcar, if you're a cute punk rock girl i say drop the losser, are you in new york, we can discuss this further listening to some jawbreaker and over a beer.

Can i get a + from whoever gave me the -, -1 sucks. ;)

I would like to sum this all up with two simple words.

"Who Cares"

I really don't care if my classmates are snobs..

You really shouldn;t be concernced with their attitudes, the words they use to comment on the flowers, etc.

In the end, as self-centered as this sounds, its all about you.

I guess my real question is…why aren’t there any cute punk girls at my law school?

Oh well.

lol, cute punk girls rule; however, you're not going to find them in law school, try art school.

I have the same preference when it comes to girls, cute short haired punk rock girls, the ones that walk the fine line between poser and legit.  The reason being that if you get a too legit punk rock girl she's not going to take care of herself as much and may demish the cute aspect of her character.

Its a similar "line" that is evidenced in International Shoe v Washington.  What line exists between specific jurisdiciton, i.e., jurisdiction in which remedy may be given when the contact of the plaintiff is realated to the cause of action, vs general jurisdiction when contact of the plaintiff within the state is continuous and to such an extent that they can be servered for any cause of action within the state even those unrelated to there conduct within the state.

the Shoe line vs the poser / legit cut punk rock girl line?

If i get into law review i'll submit this paper.

If you can't figure out a simple matter like the state of your relationship, how are you going to figure out complicated issues that are involved in learning the law.

You seem like a sweet girl, but this conversation should be on a high school board.
