General Board / Re: Recording Lectures-Useful for Law School?

What I'm gonna do, which only applies if you take your laptop to class, is to record the lectures onto my computer while typing out my notes. Therefore, if I miss anything in my notes I can fill it in afterwards and make any modifications.

Another question I have regarding Int'l Law is whether or not it helps to study abroad for a summer or semester? I'm looking to focus on international trade law as well. Thanks for all the comments so far.

Hey I'll be a 1L in the fall. I'm looking to concentrate on International Law. Can anyone share some experiences they've had with I.L. classes and/or experiences in the field? Thanks

Hey, I was just in Harrisburg finalizing the apartment process. I'm living at Korman Communities, which has Starbucks coffee every morning from 6-9 am. Surprisingly, the city has whatever you may want. Or atleast thats what I've noticed so far.

I just got an apartment in Korman Communities on N. Front St. Any other Widener students living there? Its a great place, Starbucks coffee and muffins every morning from 6-9am. Also, how is everyone's schedule? What section are you in? I'm in section P. My last question. What day is everyone moving out to Harrisburg?

What can everyone tell me about the grading curve at this school. I've heard, and I'm not certain this is true, but for legal methods the curve allows for an avg grade of 2.3. Is that true?

I'm still waiting to hear back from the admissions office as to whether or not I'm be accepted; I'm currently on the waitlist. I hope I do. I love the area and I'm love the Center for Health Law and Policy. Hopefully they accept me off the waitlist
