I used the understanding series for all of those subjects. They were pretty helpful.
I was recently accepted for Fall 2007. Has anyone ever been successful in asking to be raised to full time, or taking a fourth class as someone earlier mentioned?
No and would not suggest that you go there

Okay I'm sorry if this post seems stupid, but can someone please help me out. Can I find this kind of stuff at my local Borders? What are some good commercial brief/outline companies? Do they just sell briefs to one whole book or how does it work?
thanx for the reply goldy! i did check out the gardens. not too bad.
i have a question for you. do you know of anyone who successfully got in-state tuition for their 2L year? i'm from out of state but would really like to get in-state for 2L and 3L. that would make toledo a real bargain.
So...is it fair to assume that, in those classes which are merely a continuation from fall ("Contracts II" "Torts II"), everything on the exam in December will be tested on the exam in June?
